I have been using itch pet for 4 years on my cat and 6 months on my dog. 3 months ago we discovered fleas and immediately combed the cat who we discovered was infested.
It took me days to get through to someone at itch , when I finally did they were disinterested in listening to me , the woman was rude , she continuously spoke over me and finally insulted me by saying that I was giving my cat fleas by bringing them into the house despite the fact that I am extremely disabled and virtually house bound.
I believe that they have either changed the product or they are selling dud flea drops .
Everything you read on their site tells you that they want to talk and that they care. I'm here to tell you that they don't care . And They don't want to listen .

Itch pet have been constantly the right choice for flea treatment for my 2 cats, I get flea treatment once a month and it suits my boys perfectly.
When my recent order of clean bowls food and the relaxing pheromones arrived damaged which was not their fault they very kindly sent out another order , which was very thoughtful and kind of them . This was free of charge which is amazing, thank you so much itch. Your attention and thoughtfulness is second to none and I give you 5 stars for excellence. Perfectly perfect itch I can't thank you enough.. I'm always going to use itch pet

So for second time ever I had a kitten on prescription flea treatment from reputable pet store and the treatment didn’t kill the fleas only to switch to Itch treatment and all fleas dead 24 hours later.

Been using itch for a while now and they’ve randomly stopped working. My cat now has fleas we can’t seem to shake, so frustrating.

My cats had got used to another brand to the extent that it was totally ineffective, thankfully itch has resolved this problem in a couple of doses. Happy cats again. :)

The packages have been delivered through my letter box which is great, I have not had to chase this. I have received 2 packages so far (December/January) unfortunately they have not eliminated fleas, my animals are still struggling even though I have bathed them, changed beddings and hovered my entire house and furniture but they are still present.

Reliable service,great communication and nice and easy to subscribe. I've had 2 months so far and am very happy with the service.

The product actually works I spent a fortune on known brands in pet shops and the issue kept occurring by using Itch the fleas have left the home and all 4 cats with first use. It kills and repells fleas and also the eggs which known brands do not. The monthly subscription also reminds me to flea them all. Also.... top brands come with a strong smell which my cats hate Itch product does not and my cats don't seem so afraid of me applying this and are alot happier afterwards :) worth every penny wish I used this years ago

Was really hopeful this would be the solution to the flea problem, but if anything there seem to be more fleas on the cats when I flea comb them every few days. Gave it 3 months of treatment along with cleaning bedding and vacuuming but it's not worth the cost.

I’ve used the cat flea treatment twice and my cat seems to have more fleas. Hasn’t worked at all. They also seem to have my card details stored even though I never clicked to save them.

We were using pets at home frontline it stopped working and a friend recomend itch pet.

So much better. Love the sample teats gifted each month as a little extra.

Fantastic service ? been using for a few years now and both my cats are flea free! The only thing I wish they had was a liquid wormer as my cats will not take the tablet and it is too large to hide ?

Amazing product, wonderful customer service and reliable monthly delivery. I’ve used Itch for 2.5 years and I’ve never once looked back! My household struggled with fleas consistently until I tried this product, now I can honestly say I haven’t seen a single one since. And when I recently had to adjust my subscription after losing one of my cats it took one short email from myself and they fixed it immediately, no questions asked, with a lovely message of sympathy from the team. The best thing you can do for yourself and your pet is to give Itch a try.

Unfortunately had to cancel my subscription and membership as there were too many occasions of items never arriving even though payment way taken.
